At Pinky Kiky, each product is carefully handcrafted and made with attention to detail. Because of this, shipping times may vary depending on the type of product and order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

For pre-order and personalized products, production time is up to 3 weeks before shipment, as each piece is handcrafted with care.

This allows us to create unique, high-quality products made specifically for your child’s space.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

Croatia: 1–3 business days
European Union: 3–7 business days
International: 5–10 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Any customs duties, import taxes or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers
Customs procedures
Holidays or high-demand periods
Events outside our control

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
